Spider New Technology was founded as a joint venture of the companies DVOŘÁK – svahové sekačky s.r.o. and SMAUT Technology, s.r.o.

DVOŘÁK – svahové sekačky s.r.o. has been on the market since 2004, and it is one of the leaders in the mass production of remote-controlled lawn mowers. The company sells its products in 50 countries around the world.

SMAUT Technology, s.r.o. was established in 2021; however, its founders and employees have been focusing on developing autonomous devices for many years. They can offer accurate satellite navigation technologies, including software systems for various applications.
